Neighborhood Pool House Restoration

This community pool house suffered a water damage when a pipe burst in the pump room. Our crews were on site quickly to assess the damage and make a plan of action to ensure that the pool would open on time for the summer season. The flood resulted in ceiling and wall damage. As part of the mitigation process, the walls were cut out to allow the area to fully dry. Drying equipment was utilized to quickly and thoroughly dry all surfaces so the drywall could be repaired. The water heater was replaced and an electrical inspection was completed to ensure the pump could be operated safely.
