Employee Spotlight: David Cook

David Cook is the Production Manager for SERVPRO of Hamilton County. David has been a trusted employee since 2010 and brought with him several years of restoration experience. David's responsibilities include overseeing our production crews and maintaining the crucial communication between our customers, insurance representatives, and cleaning and restoration technicians. He has experience in every step of the restoration process and has undergone extensive and ongoing training on the most up-to-date restoration techniques in our industry. David has acquired certifications in the following areas from the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification), the standard setting organization for the inspection and restoration industry:
Water Damage Restoration
Applied Structural Drying
Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning
Carpet Cleaning
Health and Safety
Applied Microbial Remediation
David's favorite aspect of his work is that no two jobs are the same: everyday he is responsible for finding unique solutions to help our customers. Although his years of experience and technical expertise in restoration have made him a valuable member of our team, it is his dedication to our customers that sets David apart.
